Durham College Job Connect offers services to Employers in the Durham Region and West Northumberland County!
Resource Centre Services :
- We will post unsubsidzed positions in our Employment Resouce Centres.
- This service is free to employers and the postings are open to the general public
- Applicants are not pre-screened and are self-directed job seekers
- On the Menu to the right, click on Post A Job, complete the Post-A-Job form and click on Submit Job Posting
Job Connect Eligible Pre-Screened Candidates :
Job Connect streamlines the hiring process, making it more cost-effective:
- We match motivated young people to job openings at your company
- Training incentives can be provided to offset wage costs in the initial period of employment
- Applicants are pre-screened by our staff, but you make the final hiring decision
